CHINA first female astronauts and two crews return to the earth safe

CHINA first female astronaut and two other crew members emerged smiling from a capsule that returned safely to Earth on Friday from a 13-day mission to an orbiting module that is a prototype for a future space station.

The three, all experienced air force pilots, were lifted on to folding chairs and appeared in good health. They smiled, waved, chatted and saluted as state television ran live footage from the landing site.The Shenzhou 9 parachuted to a landing on the grasslands of the country's sprawling Inner Mongolia region at about 10 a.m. (0200 GMT). China declared the first manned mission to the Tiangong 1 module — the space program's longest and most challenging yet — a major stride ahead for the country's ambitious space program.

The mission had included both remote control and piloted dockings with the module and extensive medical monitoring of the astronauts as part of preparations for manning a permanent space station.China's next goals include another manned mission to the module originally scheduled for later this year but which may be delayed depending on an evaluation of the Shenzhou 9 mission and the condition of the Tiangong 1. China has been extremely cautious and methodical in its manned missions, with more than three years passing since the previous one, and all four have been relatively problem-free.

Three Chinese astronauts returned to Earth Thursday (June 28) after 13 days in space on a historic mission that made their country only the third nation ever to successfully dock a manned spacecraft to another in orbit.Their landing was broadcast live on China's state-run CCTV television network, showing the capsule streaking through the atmosphere like a meteor, deploying its main parachute, then making the final landing and rolling over on its side in a rough touchdown.

The 17th had a path that gave you access to the green from the left side of the hole, but as you can see, the path is submerged. The same can almost be said for the green, which looks like it's about to go under as well. With more rain expected in the coming days, you have to wonder if the entire hole is going to disappear ... at least for a short period of time. If you had aspirations of playing TPC Sawgrass' iconic par-3 17th "Island Green" anytime soon, you may want to bring your canoe, because the only way you're getting to the green is by water vessel or swimming. 

Fame within the golf community is important but a golf hole being recognized by non-golfers is something you don't see often. This is not to say a non-golfer would be able to name the course, big tournament that is played there or even the hole number but I believe they would say something along the lines of,It's a hole that people will watch just to see the end result. It's golf (and sports) in its simplest form. One ball, one swing, one landing area. Some people watch just to see the best golfers in the world make a splash. Others, like myself, are watching to see how these guys do with when they face the pressure of one of the biggest stages in golf. It's about 130 yards (give or take) from tee to green, a shot golfers hit millions of times in their career and suddenly, panic sets in.

When I look back at the golf courses I have played with island holes, I can't remember what my score was. In most cases, I can't remember any of the other holes. What I do remember is arriving at the tee box and my heart racing. I know at that moment there is nowhere to hide. It's green or water. I stand there knowing it's not the 17th hole at TPC Sawgrass but when the time comes (and it will come) for me to face the most famous hole in golf, I'll be ready.

Dolphy, mababa ang hemoglobin kailangan salinan ng dugo

Dinala si Dolphy sa ospital noong nakaraang Sabado, June 9, matapos na dumaing na nahihirapang huminga.Sinusubukan din umano kung gaano katagal makakahinga na mag-isa si Dolphy nang walang tulong ng respirator.Ang isang pack umano ng dugo ay hinati sa apat na bahagi na isasalin kay Dolphy sa bawat ika-apat na oras.


Nananatili sa intensive care unit (ICU) at inoobserbahan ang kalusugan ng Comedy King na si Dolphy mula nang dalhin ito sa Makati Medical Center noong nakaraang Sabado, June 9.
Sa panayam ni showbiz reporter Nelson Canlas sa actor-director na si Eric Quizon, anak ni Dolphy, sinabi nito na kinailangang salinan ng dugo ang kanyang ama dahil bumaba ang hemoglobin nito.
Ang hemoglobin ang nagdadala umano ng oxygen mula sa baga papunta sa iba’t-ibang parte ng katawan ng tao, paliwanag ni Nelson sa kanyang ulat sa GMA News 24 Oras nitong Martes.


Pero paliwanag ni Eric, hindi naman maraming dugo ang kailangang isalin sa kanyang ama.
Dinala si Dolphy sa ospital noong nakaraang Sabado, June 9, matapos na dumaing na nahihirapang huminga.


Filipino Veteran comedian Dolphy assures his fans that he’s doing well and currently taking a much needed rest. Come on you guys, the dude is already 83 years old give him some slack. Anyway it’s good to know that a lot of people still cares about seeing him on screen. Although frankly speaking, he needs to tone down on working since he’s not getting any younger


Dolphy who’ll turn 84 in July also thanked those who are continuously praying for his good health.


“Huwag kayong mag-alala. I’m okay.”
